This machine adopts an upflow design. Pulp enters from the bottom, and heavy contaminants are removed via the sand trap, preventing damage to the screen drum caused by heavy contaminants entering the screening zone. It is widely applied for coarse screening and fine screening of various pulps.
It is available in two types: hole screen and slotted screen. The hole screen is generally used for coarse screening, while the slotted screen fits both coarse and fine screening. The slotted screen drum adopts a bar-type structure with a minimum slot width of 0.1 mm, which can efficiently eliminate fine contaminants in pulp.
