This machine is designed to remove ink particles from waste paper pulp. Equipped with a specially structured inter-stage separation device, it realizes multi-stage flotation and avoids pulp cross-mixing between different flotation stages.
The anti-clogging jet system thoroughly mixes pulp with air and features large air intake capacity, resulting in high deinking efficiency.The finished pulp has high whiteness and brightness. The concentration of discharged ink can reach up to 3%, with extremely low fiber loss and low overall energy consumption.
