It is mainly applied to the direct coarse refining of raw materials such as wheat straw, rice straw, reed, wood chips, bamboo chips, bagasse, cotton stalk, corn stalk, esparto grass, bast fibers, shrubs, logging residues, wood shavings and wood strips. 

It can directly process raw materials into fibrous flock (elongated fibrillation). High-consistency refining minimizes fiber cutting, squeezes and splits fiber cell walls, and accelerates chemical liquor penetration.During cooking, it enables higher digester loading capacity, shorter cooking duration and less chemical consumption (chemical dosage is only about 1/4 of that of conventional cooking). 

It reduces environmental pollution, facilitates beating in subsequent processes, simplifies the pulping flow and realizes clean pulping.Matched with ZDPH high-consistency energy-saving refiner and high-efficiency fine refiner, it can produce various standard pulp grades including unbleached full chemical pulp, bleached full chemical pulp, semi-chemical mechanical pulp, cold high-yield pulp and mechanical pulp.
