Use:
It is used to deal with light impurities and tail pulp in the rough screening section of waste paper pulp production.
Structural features:
The equipment is mainly composed of shell, pulp disc, screen plate, rotor device, transmission device and so on. The inverted conical shell and concave-convex top structure are conducive to the formation of strong vortex, and help the effective discharge of light impurities and the settlement of heavy impurities.
Adopt the way of ascending flow into the pulp. Using the high-speed rotation of the rotor, a strong vortex is generated in the shell, and the impurities are gathered in the centre of the vortex and discharged from the centre of the shell; the fibre bundles and slurry are further disintegrated between the rotor and the decorative plate, and the good slurry is discharged through the sieve plate by the good slurry mouth, and the sub impurities are deposited in the slagging ditch on the outside of the sieve plate, and are discharged through the slagging tank regularly.
