Impurity Separator

Use: 

• The impurity separator is a set of fibre disintegration and impurity separation equipment. It is installed in the pulper (including low and high concentration continuous or intermittent) after the second level of pulping and separation equipment to separate the light and heavy impurities in the waste paper pulp, and dissolve the paper pieces that are not broken by the hydraulic pulper.

Structural features: 

• the impurity separator consists of steel cylinder tank, impeller separator installed along the horizontal direction, transmission machine, pulp feed pipe and so on. Due to the role of the weir plate inside the separator, the heavy impurities are deposited at the bottom, and the pulp and light impurities enter the circulation area to the cylindrical sieve for further dregs removal. When the impeller goes back to turn, the slurry flow is inhaled along the central axis and thrown out from the impeller circumference at high speed, forming a strong turbulent circulation.

• Designed to adjust the retaining ring, adjust the gap between the impeller and the screen plate to control the quality and output of pulp.

• Match the operation of pulper, separate and exclude light and heavy impurities in waste paper pulp, and improve the production capacity of pulper.

• It can effectively screen the coarse residue of waste paper pulp, simplify the operation of process procedures and save electricity consumption.
